I visited Los Angeles for a conference the first week of February.  It was a new city that I was most excited to explore.  When I was leaving I took your shuttle service back to the airport.  Much to my delight I met Elvis.  Elvis asked me about all of the things I had enjoyed.  We talked about some of the things the "locals" say about this city.  He made the experience very personal and invited me back anytime.  He joked to not come alone next time but to bring my whole family.  When I thanked him for the ride I asked his name, he said I would never forget it and that it was Elvis.  He was right, I won't forget his name, not because it was Elvis but because he was so so kind.

Whenever I travel in the USA, I use On Time Airport Shuttle. I make 1 call and every airport I am going to and from they have someone waiting for me. They tell me the kind of car, drivers name, license plate number. I feel safe and secure. I never do testimonials but I feel like I am helping fellow sales people by doing this one.

The driver was GREAT – he was upbeat and shared his enthusiasm for his city.  He enjoyed the people in the shuttle and they enjoyed his sharing his city with them (I was one of them).  I DO remember his name – Derek. Worked fine

I landed into NY airport domestic on Delta from Atlanta.
Needed a way to get to downtown. Time was about 8pm. Walked out hada reservaton .
Asked the attendant how long for a shuttle. He told me about 5 minutes. Took me right there had a little talk ot much as i like it that way not real chaty.

They took us on the short trip to the cruise pier. The fair ok for two people, which I thought was reasonable.

Reliable I had a few dogs and he was ok with it.

It was my first time using a shuttle at Las Vegas and all seemed to go well when the dispatcher ordered a car for just for me and my rate of dogs. I was happy about this as I had already traveled 11 hours . As it was the Thanksgiving week, traffic around the airport was horrendous. We took off however my fellow passenger said that we are exiting the airport. The ride was short and quiet. Cost was cheap.

My sister and I were visiting my mom. Our flight home was early in the morning and we weren't about to have our 87 year old mom drive us to the airport. I started to Google ride services and Go Airport Shuttle had great reviews so I decided to give it a try. My mom lives in a gated community and the driver needed to dial a number at the gate and try to find her unit in the dark. It's not that easy to find in day light! He was exactly on time. We got to the airport with plenty of time to check in. The cost of the ride was very reasonable. I would recommend this service and will use it again on the next visit.

We had 6 people going from West Palm airport to a hotel in Miami and then from the cruise port back to West Palm airport. We had the same driver for both trips, Saeid. He was AMAZING! He was on time for both trips. He was very friendly and we chatted during both trips as well. He was very kind and professional. I would certainly recommend this company for your trip and plan to use them again in the future. Excellent customer service!

We travel often and decided not to rent a car. The hotel was listed as an 81 for walk ability and we made the right decision. We had a delay of 2 hours at the Harrisburg, PA airport and missed our connection in Charlotte. We walked out of the baggage pick up area, went to the stand where a very kind gentleman said "not a problem" and called for our car to pick us up. The driver was professional, friendly and got us to the hotel in no time. Our trip back to the airport was just as efficient.

Outstanding service and pickup. Zack was my driver and her were personable, very good driver, and very helpful. Would use them again. Also my hotel pickup driver , Quito, after my business conference was right on time to the minute. and very helpful getting my gear squared away.Will definitely use them next time.I flew in from Costa Rica and the international arrivals were quick and service was good. For my flight, we got our luggage and was able to pass security since I was transferring. The shops were locked through and close to closing.
